We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with the original tags and unused or unused with tags. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and problemsPlease check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and deal with it correctly.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges ensure that the quickest way to secure what you need is to return the item(s) you have. After accepting the return, please purchase the new item(s) separately.
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
